Services
AAA All Star Construction, Inc. (CSLB #1018926, Class A and B) works as a licensed subcontractor for general contractors, developers, and property managers across Los Angeles County. No middle man. You work directly with our licensed team.

Send us your plans and scope, and we will return a written bid that lists what is included, what is excluded, the schedule, and payment terms.
Licensed subcontractor for general contractors.
We support general contractors on residential and light commercial projects, including bathroom and kitchen remodels, waterproofing, drywall, tile, flooring, patio covers, ADUs, and garage conversions. Our crews show up with the tools and supervision to complete our scope, and we coordinate with your superintendent on schedule and site access.

Clear scope and clear responsibilities
Every subcontract starts with a written scope that lists what is included and what is excluded. Unless our written agreement says otherwise, plans, engineering, permits, city fees, inspections scheduling, owner selections, and work by other trades stay with the general contractor or owner. Existing or concealed conditions found during work are documented and handled by written change order.

Written pricing and change orders
Our bids include a clear price and payment schedule tied to completed work. Extra work, scope changes, and owner or GC requested changes are priced and approved by signed change order before the work begins. No verbal changes. Delays caused by permits, inspections, city corrections, material availability, site access, or other trades are handled by schedule adjustment in writing. Certificates of insurance and our CSLB license are available on request.

How to request a bid
To request a bid, email your plans, scope of work, schedule, and site address to info@allstarh77.com, or call (844) 975 5512.
We review the documents and return a written proposal with our scope, exclusions, price, payment terms, and estimated duration. Work begins after a signed subcontract agreement is in place.

Documents and compliance
We can provide our CSLB license information, certificate of insurance, W-9, and signed subcontract documents before work begins. Lien releases are provided as payments are received, in the form required by California law. We coordinate with your superintendent on site safety, working hours, and cleanup for our scope of work.

Where we work
We work with general contractors across Los Angeles County, the San Fernando Valley, and nearby areas on residential, multifamily, and light commercial projects. Our office is in North Hollywood. Call (844) 975 5512 or email info@allstarh77.com to send your plans and request a bid.
