ADUs and Home Remodeling in San Jose
AAA All Star Construction Inc. serves San Jose from our Bay Area office at 2010 El Camino Real in Santa Clara. We build ADUs and remodel kitchens and bathrooms across Willow Glen, Cambrian, Almaden, Evergreen, and Berryessa.
San Jose's preapproved ADU program
The City of San Jose keeps a list of ADU designs it has already approved. When the site plan and documents are complete, the city says permits may be issued the same day as the plan review meeting. Lots in geohazard, landslide, flood, or wildland urban interface zones, or with open code enforcement cases, are not eligible for this path.
We review your lot against those rules and help you choose between a preapproved design and a custom plan.
