Building in Malibu

Salt air and the marine layer in Malibu are hard on exterior materials. We specify corrosion-resistant fasteners and flashing, moisture-tolerant finishes and good ventilation so the work lasts near the coast.

Building permits for Malibu projects are issued by the City of Malibu. Retaining walls over a certain height and some grading work need permits in Malibu. We check before work starts.

What affects the price

• Yard size
• Ratio of hardscape to planting

Every estimate is free, written and itemized. Call 844-975-5512 to schedule a visit.
